In the latest in the ESG Investment Influencers series, editor-in-chief Katrina Lloyd speaks to Jen Causton, investment manager at Liontrust.

They discuss why portfolio managers' ownership of ESG is important, how the multi-asset team is integrating ESG into its processes and which fund groups are excelling in this space. 

Causton joined Liontrust in October 2020 as part of the Architas UK Investment Business acquisition. Alongside Liontrust's multi-asset team members, she manages a variety of multi-asset funds and is leading the team's ESG implementation process.  

Prior to Liontrust, Causton was an analyst and investment manager at Architas, covering a variety of sectors as well as managing a number of multi-asset income funds and a UK multi-manager fund. She started her investment career at Schroders.
