RWC Partners has expanded its UK wholesale sales team with two hires from Artemis Fund Managers and Seven Investment Management (7IM) respectively.

Simon Rogers joins to cover strategic relationships and relationships in the South East of England, while Georgia-Rae Fry will serve as national sales manager, with both hires reporting to head of European distribution Gary Tuffield.

Rogers has more than 20 years of experience in the asset management industry, having most recently served as head of sales for South East, East Anglia, Midland IOM, North Ireland and South Africa at Artemis.

Prior to that, he was regional sales manager for London and South East at Artemis, and assistant portfolio manager at Singer & Friedlander Portfolio Management.

In his new role, Rogers will focus on national advisory businesses, network service providers, platforms and managing regional clients, alongside Tuffield and the wider team.

Fry, who joins to support the advisory market across the UK, working closely with the regional sales managers, spent five years with 7IM. She most recently served as business development manager for the South East region.

Tuffield said the hires come amid "increasing client demand for a number of our capabilities across many key asset classes".

"We have seen strong growth in our wholesale offering as we have expanded our OEIC range beyond the existing TM RWC UK Equity Income fund and TM RWC Global Equity Income fund with the recent launch of an emerging market OEIC managed by John Malloy," he added.
