Brooks Macdonald has made its responsible investment service available through platforms, offering investors greater access to funds investing in solutions to sustainability issues or companies with strong ESG criteria.
The 'Advance' ESG stategy, which was initially launched in October 2018, is available as a managed portfolio service across three risk profiles - low to medium risk, medium risk, and medium to high risk.
Led by head of responsible investment research team Ben Palmer, the roll-out targets the "ever-growing number of investors interested in investing responsibly", the firm said.
The service is integrated within Brooks Macdonald's established centralised investment proposition. The firm also said it aims to "expand" with product proposition development, as well as by broadening client relationships and "identifying opportunities in new or under-served clients".
Palmer explained the launch reflects an "exciting and important area of investment for the future, and we are continuing to evolve our offerings in this sphere".
Head of multi-asset investing Jonathan Webster Smith added: "We are pleased to be able to offer further support to advisers by launching our RIS on platforms, which provides a diverse, multi-asset approach to sustainable investment.
"It combines our core portfolio management and research capabilities with our innovative and forward-thinking approach to investment."
