IA warns 32 FTSE All-Share 'worst offenders' of shareholder revolts

The Investment Association (IA) has written to the "worst offenders" within the FTSE All-Share index, expressing concern that they have failed to respond sufficiently to shareholder dissent on the exact same issues over a two-year period.

The 32 companies have appeared on the IA's public register, which tracks shareholder dissent, for the last two years as a result of seeing opposition to the same resolutions in 2017 and 2018.
