Gemini co-founder Jupp steps down from director role

Will focus on client relationships

Gemini Investment Management co-founder Alan Jupp has stepped down from his role as a director on the firm's board.

Jupp, who also ceases to be registered with Companies House as a "person with significant control", is to maintain his role in management and strategic decision making at Gemini, according to the group. "I have stepped down from day-to-day involvement in order to focus my time on client relationships and fund distribution both with Gemini and SelectInvest, a significant shareholder in Gemini," said Jupp. Jupp co-founded Gemini in 2009 alongside CEO Stuart Alexander and Alison Savage, who will both continue to be members of the board.
