Delegating responsibility for qualifications to authorised firms would create problems for individuals looking to change employers

The FSA's Examination Review has been a source of immense frustration to many people in the industry. This is perhaps understandable bearing in mind the time that has passed since the review was first announced in 1999 but perhaps we now have an opportunity to get the show on the road.
