Guy Prochilo joined Nuveen as global head of client services as the asset manager pursues a growth strategy while focusing on client services.
Prochilo will lead Nuveen's efforts to improve the client experience, while building capacity and delivering operating excellence to support the firm's growth. Under his leadership, Nuveen will further increase its focus on clients through enhanced technology, data and customer experience, the group said.
