Value Partners has promoted Edwin Kam to deputy CIO for fixed income investments in the firm’s Hong Kong office.

Kam, who has served as a portfolio manager at Value Partners since joining in 2014, began his new role this month, having worked alongside fixed income CIO Gordon Ip for several years. Value Partners launches all-China fund for UK investors Value Partners' fixed income offering comprises a team of 11 investment professionals, with particular expertise in the Greater China and Asia markets.
