Schroders hires ex-Architas research head for new intermediary role

Schroders has appointed former head of research and investment chief operating officer at Architas Anna O'Donoghue to the newly-created role of head of operations and governance for its UK intermediary business.

Reporting to head of the UK intermediary business Philip Middleton, O'Donoghue will be responsible for governance and operational management within the unit. During a ten-year stint at Architas O'Donoghue's most recent role saw her oversee the day-to-day operational aspects of the firm's investment team, with responsibility for investment and operational due diligence, product governance, and regulatory change initiatives. She has also previously served as a senior investment analyst at BMO Global Asset Management and BNP Paribas Investment Providers' multi-manager arm FundQuest. C...
