Nimmo's team to gain three funds after Aberdeen transfer

Three former Aberdeen Asset Management small-cap equity funds are to be transferred to the management of Harry Nimmo and his seven-strong team.

The £87m Aberdeen UK Smaller Companies Equity fund, £54m European Smaller Companies Equity fund and £35m UK Mid-Cap Equity fund will transfer on 5 December.  At Aberdeen, these had been run by head of UK and European equities Ben Ritchie and his team. Nimmo's SLI Small Cap trust raises AIM limit to 50% Investment director and fund manager Nimmo will take over the UK Smaller Companies fund while team member Andrew Paisley will run the European mandate and Abby Glennie will take over the Mid-Cap fund.
