Vanguard appoints ex-SSGA ETF specialist

Vanguard has appointed Paul Young as a European senior ETF capital markets specialist, responsible for supporting product liquidity and helping clients achieve their investment goals.

Young, who will report to head of ETF capital markets Thomas Bartolacci, joins from State Street Global Advisors, where he has been since 2007, most recently serving as head of ETF capital markets.
