CASCAID 2018 fundraising initiatives unveiled at Great Ormond Street Hospital launch

Fun runs and boat races among fundraisers

CASCAID, the charity tasked with inspiring the asset management industry to raise more than £2m for Great Ormond Street Hospital (GOSH) over the coming year, launched its 2018 initiatives in early April at a ceremony at the world-famous hospital.

Charity founder Helen Wagstaff, joined by its ambassadors, unveiled a number of fundraising drives and said she is hoping to smash last year's fundraising amount to fund a new cardiac catheter lab for the hospital, as their current one is not fit for purpose.  She said: "After raising over £2.35m for Cancer Research in 2017, I am delighted we are launching the next round of CASCAID.
