BlackRock to transfer IT Savings Plan and NISA client assets to Hargreaves Lansdown

Thousands of BlackRock's retail clients are being offered the option to transfer their assets held in Investment Trust Savings Plans and Investment Trust Stocks and Shares NISA schemes onto the Hargreaves Lansdown Vantage Platform.

BlackRock will continue as the investment manager for the underlying investment trusts but will no longer be providing its own wrappers. Up to 4,300 retail clients representing £90m of assets under management will be affected, with the final transfer to Hargreaves Lansdown expected to take place in October, subject to regulatory approval.
