Former Brewin Dolphin London head Long departs after 21 years

Peter Long, who formerly headed up Brewin Dolphin's London office, has left the business after 21 years at the wealth manager.

Long joined Brewin Dolphin in 1995 and has held roles as co-head of the firm's London office and most recently, as a divisional director. He was appointed co-head of the London office with Rob Burgeman in 2013, replacing Stephen Ford and Rupert Tyler, who had been promoted to other roles. Long started his career in private client investment management at Kleinwort Benson in 1986. The role of head of London office is currently held by William Hepburne-Scott, assisted by a number of divisional directors and co-head of private clients Charlie Ferry.
