Walker Crips has hired Ian Amiee as an investment manager.
Amiee joins from JM Finn, where he worked as an investment manager. Prior to this he worked at stockbroking firm Simon & Coates. He specialises in smaller companies, particularly in the medical and technology sectors. His appointment is the latest in a series of hires for the investment and wealth management group. The firm hired five advisers from Barclays Wealth and Charles Stanley earlier this year.
