Miton makes Williams co-manager on Mott's Income fund as Cumming exits

Miton's Gervias Williams has been appointed co-manager of Bill Mott's PSigma Income fund as part of a reshuffle which sees Neil Cumming exit the group.

Cumming, who joined PSigma Asset Management in January 2007, was co-manager of the £393m fund since launch. Williams is joining the income fund management team alongside Bill Mott and Eric Moore with immediate effect, the group said. Mott's focus will be to continue in his strategic role looking at top-down themes. He will research the macroeconomic and stock market environment, as well as the fund's key themes, with Williams and Moore focusing on stock selection.
