Premier's property fund manager Alex Ross believes London's ‘tech belt' is the only area left in the capital where investors can find value via commercial property.
The tech belt begins at the new Google headquarters in Kings Cross, also covering Old Street, Shoreditch and St Katherine's Docks. The area has expanded out from the ‘Silicon Roundabout' area of Old St which has been growing for the past 10 years. Ross said: "There's limited value left in London now. Where there is value is in non-core West End, the so-called ‘tech belt' area.
