Three more groups have brought structured products to market, including a second range from Investec. The group has launched six more offerings, including its first income-targeting plan. Its FTSE 100 and RPI Combination Plan will return five yearly payments equivalent to 7.25% of initial investment plus full indexation to UK RPI inflation, irrespective of FTSE performance. The product will invest in deposits and medium-term notes to optimise tax and at maturity, investors will receive double their initial investment provided the FTSE 100 has not halved during the term.
