Nurs The acronym Nurs stands for Non-Ucits Retail Scheme. Remembering a Ucits is a unit trust or Oeic that complies with EU rules and can be passported to other EU countries, a Nurs is a FSA-regulated fund that does not comply with these rules, and can only be sold to retail investors in the UK. Examples of a Nurs might be a fund-of-funds with an investment brief that is wider than the Ucits equivalent, or a vehicle investing directly in real estate.
