Former iimia investment head John Crowley has established a specialist discretionary investment management business in Exeter. Hawksmoor Investment Management aims to provide clients with advice for portfolio management. Crowley said the company is not a fund management business and would not be providing funds but would specialise as a private client bespoke investment management company.
