Lincoln Financial Group has increased its sales force with three new hires. Rob Stanley joins the group as head of distribution operations from Cheltenham & Gloucester. Steve Cutler also joins the group as a sales manager and previously worked at National Mutual, Scottish Mutual and Merchant Investors. Martin Olive also joins as a key account manager and comes from Axa.
