The FSA will publish interim feedback on feedback on its retail distribution next April, with full implementation plans in October. The discussion paper was published in June and the FSA originally planned to report back in June 2008. In light of the significant feedback received, it will publish an early report to give the market an indication of where the review is heading. Publication of a detailed response, taking account of all regulatory implications, will follow in October.
