NDFA has added two further plans to its range that focus on providing an income. The Regular Fixed Income Plan July 08 will be linked to the FTSE 100 and offers a fixed annual income of 7.5% per annum or a monthly income of 0.60% on the initial capital invested. Income is fixed and paid regardless of the performance of the FTSE during the five-and-a-half-years although capital repayment at maturity is linked to the index.
