Former Henderson head of distribution Kate O’Neill has joined RBS Asset Management in a newly created role as head of distribution. Reporting to Philip Basil, chief executive at RBS, she will be responsible for the distribution of the firm’s fund products to institutional clients. As a result, all existing sales teams will report to O’Neill and will work with her to expand distribution on a global scale.
