Veteran fund manager Bill Mott believes the euphoria surrounding natural resources and commodities is similar to the TMT bubble of the late 90s. He has likened the current stock market in the UK to the first quarter of 2000 when technology, media and telecoms stocks enjoyed a last surge before the bubble burst.
