The FSA has appointed Mark Norris as chief operating officer. Norris - who joins from Credit Suisse's UK private banking business - will be responsible for all aspects of finance, planning, project management, facilities and information systems. He will take over from David Kenmir who announced his decision to leave the FSA in July.
