Aifa has questioned the FSA’s Treating Customers Fairly progress report, following news that only 41% of small firms met the latest TCF implementation deadline. Chris Cummings, director general at AIFA, while is not surprising that small advisory firms did not meet the deadline, it was noticeable that the FSA's research was conducted in December and January, four months ahead of the deadline. “Smaller firms need more help to implement TCF in a manner the FSA understands.
