Momentum launch takes Jubilee closer to funds space

Structured product providers are moving ever closer to the funds space and the latest to make the crossover is Jubilee.

The group has just launched the Momentum fund, which uses an investment trends model to allocate across a broad range of assets. Exposure to the underlying assets is gained primarily via futures contracts. The group’s head of adviser sales Chris Powell discusses how the fund operates. What is the Momentum fund? It uses a trend-based model. Investor behaviour over the years has been fairly consistent and we are taking advantage of that. There are plenty of studies to show the model works.
