Ex-FSA man prepared to take on former employer over treatment of advice industry

David Severn may have an intense dislike for foreign travel but trips to Brussels are going to be a feature of the early years of his tenure at the head of Aifa. The association's new director general wants the group to develop a European presence, so it can influence the policy agenda before decisions are made.
