Managers Scott and Aldridge combine a top-down approach with bottom-up stock-picking to top UK Equity Income sector to increase growth over one year

F&C's UK Growth & Income fund has been run by Ted Scott and Hilary Aldridge since July 2005, with the pair taking over from Michael Gifford. The duo run over £2bn in UK assets, primarily for the Stewardship fund range and conduct their own research, supported by F&C's pan-European team. UK Growth & Income is structured along similar lines to the group's Stewardship Income fund, without the green constraints.
