Neptune's Geffen continues to top Global Growth sector, with 20% cash position and 32.5% in emerging markets helping maintain returns

Several funds at the top of the Global Growth sector have been maximising cash positions and increasing exposure to Eastern economies to protect and maintain performance in volatile times. Neptune's £659m Global Equity fund sits at the top of the peer group over three years, with a 20.4% cash position and 32.5% in emerging markets. Other top performers, Rathbone Global Opportunities and Ecclesiastical Amity International, have played similar themes.
