Henderson Opportunities waives performance fee

Only management fee will be levied

The Henderson Opportunities trust has scrapped its performance fee, effective from 20 October.

In a stock exchange announcement on Wednesday (8 November), the board said it had decided to remove the trust's performance fee arrangements. abrdn Equity Income flattens management fee The trust will continue to charge a management fee, however, at 0.55% of net assets per annum, which will be payable every quarter at a 0.1375% rate, based on the net assets of the previous quarter. According to data from the Association of Investment Companies, the trust has a market cap of £69.2m, with £95.7m in total assets, and is currently trading at a 16.4% discount.
