7IM hires another former Barclays man

Chris Phillips joins as chief client officer

Investment management and platform 7IM has hired another former Barclays man in the form of chief client officer Chris Phillips.

Phillips, who most recently worked at Lloyds Bank but was previously head of retail segments customer experience at Barclays, has joined 7IM's CEO Dean Proctor, who was hired from Barclays in March. In his role as chief client officer, Phillips will be responsible for the firm's marketing, proposition, and digital and client experience. 7IM CEO Proctor said: "Chris is an experienced leader across products, marketing, customer experience and transformation.
