What would it take to help the victims of the Grenfell Tower fire?

I'm angry, really angry. I want to launch an investment fund, not because I think the industry charges too much and I am on some kind of crusade. No. I want to launch an investment fund for the victims of the Grenfell Tower fire.

My grandfather grew up and lived a stone's throw from the tower, and if circumstances in our family had not taken another turn that could have been me. I have my views on where fault lies and the politics of situations like this always take over from the reality. The government is giving each family money, but some of these families may not even have bank accounts in which to deposit the funds.
