Last week Investment Week held its Senate Investment Conference, encompassing 11 top speakers from leading asset managers who presented over the course of the two-day event.

Held at the stunning Grove Hotel in Hertfordshire, the Senate is one of the most prestigious events in the fund industry’s calendar. Our presenters this year covered a range of key asset classes and tackled some of the big questions on investors’ minds. Among them was Threadneedle’s UK equities head Simon Brazier, who asked where there are still pockets of value in the UK stock market following a run higher, while Kames’ David Pringle argued the case for absolute return investing in UK equities.
