I don't know about anyone else, but I have been looking forward to the Olympics since 1948.
Alright, a slight exaggeration because I was not even alive in 1948, but I feel like I have listened to my father talking about what it was like my entire life and, at last, the greatest show on earth arrives in London. But of course being British we cannot quite see it like that. We get animated about the Olympic lanes from Heathrow airport; we seem to have spent weeks arguing about security; and, of course, there is the weather.
