Ex-Cazenove director Minter-Kemp named RSMR non-exec chair

Former director of investment funds at Cazenove Capital Management Robin Minter-Kemp has been named independent non-executive chairman at Rayner Spencer Mills Research (RSMR).

Minter-Kemp (pictured), who left Cazenove in 2013 after nearly 12 years with the firm, initially joined RSMR in 2014 as a non-executive director - a role he also currently holds at River & Mercantile and Marlborough Investing Consultants. His latest appointment is driven by investment by Benchmark Capital, which has also seen its CEO Ian Cooke and corporate development director Keith Hare named non-executive directors.
