Quilter's median gender pay gap has remained close to levels reported last year of 35% as the firm acknowledges "more needs to be done" to address income inequality.
The firm reported some success with its mean gender pay gap falling four percentage points, from April 2017 to 35% as at April 2018, and its median bonus gap falling two percentage points from 41% to 29%...
