Canaccord Genuity Wealth Management (CGWM) has appointed Michael Caetano and Jason Robilliard as investment directors in the Jersey and Guernsey offices, respectively.
Caetano is re-joining the firm after ten years following stints as a senior investment advisor at Spearpoint for three years and Brooks Macdonald, where he spent six years as a senior investment manager.
Caetano started his career in the investment industry in 1998 when he joined CGWM. He was with the firm ten years until 2008.
In his new role, he will have a focus on global fixed income and equity markets, managing tailored portfolios and risk-based investment solutions.
Robilliard was most recently at ABN AMRO Asset Management, where he was an investment director for 12 years from 2006.
He has also held roles at Sonecho Wealth Management, Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce and Quilter Goodison in a career spanning over 25 years.
David Esfandi, CEO of CGWM, said: "We are delighted that Michael and Jason join CGWM in Jersey and Guernsey at this exciting time.
"They will both bring a valuable depth of expertise to our teams and clients while being able to leverage the breadth and depth of insight from our central investment office."
Grahame Lovett, CEO, offshore at CGWM, said: "I am very pleased to welcome Michael and Jason to our teams.
"They both have experience and extensive knowledge of managing a whole spectrum of clients, including ultra-high net worth individuals, private clients, fiduciaries and trustees, captive insurance companies, charities and pension funds. They will be a tremendous asset to our business."
