CRUX hires former Alliance Trust and Baillie Gifford sales head

Pearson joins with immediate effect

Investment boutique firm CRUX Asset Management has appointed Tom Pearson as regional sales director with immediate effect.

In his new role, Pearson will report to distribution director Mark Little (pictured) and will be responsible for managing key relationships in the UK, excluding London. He has worked in the investment industry for over three decades, having held a number of senior sales positions, most recently as head of retail sales at Alliance Trust Asset Management. Prior to that, he was head of financial institutions group at Jupiter Asset Management for ten years. He has also worked as head of retail sales at Baillie Gifford.
