AXA IM promotes Arcilla to global head of sales

AXA Investment Managers has promoted the CEO of its Japan operations Francisco Arcilla to global head of sales for the overall business.

Arcilla, who will also join the firm's management board, will be responsible for coordinating sales and client services teams, ensuring consistency of messaging and sales efforts, and global business development strategies.
