M&G Securities CEO Nott becomes EFAMA president

The European Fund and Asset Management Association (EFAMA) has elected the CEO of M&G Securities, the firm's retail arm, William Nott as president for a two-year term.

Nott, who was elected at the trade body's AGM on Friday, takes up the role after two years serving as vice president and replaces outgoing president Alexander Schindler, who has served with the EFAMA since 2012. CEO of M&G Securities since 2006, Nott is also chief strategy officer of M&G Group, and has served on the boards of both the EFAMA and the Investment Association. He will continue in his role at M&G.
