Unigestion launches liquid alternatives fund

Targeted returns of cash plus 7% per annum

Boutique asset manager Unigestion has added to its alternatives fund range with the launch of the Uni-Global Alternative Risk Premia fund.

The strategy will be managed by a portfolio management team made up of equity and cross asset solution specialists focusing on liquid sources, and target returns of cash plus 7% per annum.  Unigestion UK appoints former Schroders man as chairman The UCITS compliant fund will seek to limit volatility to 8% by applying the firm's proprietary risk models in order to create returns with low correlation to equities and bonds.
