Psigma poaches Russell's McPherson for senior investment role

Psigma Investment Management has hired Rory McPherson from Russell Investments as head of investment strategy.

Prior to joining Psigma, McPherson (pictured) was a multi-asset portfolio manager at Russell Investments for 10 years running the firm's four multi-asset funds. During his tenure, these funds were top quartile over one, three and five years. He will work alongside chief investment officer Tom Becket within the existing eight-strong investment team, as well as with intermediary partners.
