TwentyFour's Bowie warns on double referendum threat

Fixed income manager Chris Bowie believes the impact on businesses from uncertainty surrounding the EU referendum and a potential Scottish vote is being underestimated by the market.

Bowie (pictured), who joined TwentyFour from Ignis last September, runs the firm's £85m Corporate Bond fund which launched in January. He is also due to launch an Absolute Return credit fund for the group this summer. The manager said he was surprised by the outcome of the UK general election, which saw a Conservative majority despite polls indicating a coalition looked likely.
