Standard Life Wealth adds five portfolios to MPS service

Standard Life Wealth has extended the range of portfolios available on its managed portfolio service with the launch of five Conventional portfolios.

Standard Life Wealth said Conventional portfolios 1, 2 and 3 are designed for clients who wish to draw an income, while 4 and 5 suit those seeking capital growth with a higher attitude to risk.  The expansion of the Managed Portfolio Service follows the completion of the firm's acquisition of Newton's private client arm. The MPS enables advisers and their clients to access the same investment approach as used in the firm's full discretionary service.
