Witan Investment Trust has appointed two new managers for its global equity portfolios.
Pzena Investment Management and US-based asset manager Tweedy, Browne Company have both been appointed to manage global equity mandates worth a total of £190m. Pzena will run £145m and be run in line with the group's Global Expanded Value strategy. The Tweedy Browne mandate will account for approximately £45m and will mimic with the group's Global High Dividend strategy. A 40-stock portfolio, it is closed to new investors but the firm has agreed to accept a 'modest allocation' from Witan.
