Schroders promotes Dasher to CEO of North America business

Schroders has promoted Karl Dasher to head of North America, replacing Jamie Dorrien-Smith who is retiring in July after 19 years of service at the firm.

Dasher will retain his role as head of fixed income but will share responsibility with Philippe Lespinard, who has been appointed co-head of fixed income. Lespinard is also chief investment officer for fixed income at the firm. "Philippe and I have worked closely together since I recruited him. He has been integral to the improvements we have made to our fixed income business in terms of the enhanced investment process and depth of investor talent," said Dasher.
