EMEA head Broderick to leave JPM

Jamie Broderick, head of J.P. Morgan Asset Management's EMEA business, is set to leave at the end of this year, after almost 20 years at the company.

Broderick joined JPM in 1993 and was tasked with developing its mutual fund business. He then became head of the European retail and the institutional business. He was previously director of client marketing services at Wellington Management Company in Boston. At the end of December, assets in Europe, the Middle East and Africa were $278bn, or just over 20% of JPM's $1.3trn AUM.
