UPDATE: Polin joins Ashcourt Rowan as CEO

Jonathan Polin is to join Ashcourt Rowan as group CEO on 2 September.

The Ignis former sales and marketing director will replace outgoing chief executive Mark Cheshire. Polin left Ignis in June after seven years with the firm, during which he set up four joint venture boutiques after poaching high profile fund managers such as ex-Neptune manager Barry Norris and Barings' emerging markets team.
